By accessing or using LearnGood (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services provided by LearnGood. 2. Description of Service

LearnGood provides a generative learning platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to process user-uploaded documents, generate personalized learning materials, quizzes, and interactive knowledge graphs, and furnish AI-assisted tutoring ("Services"). The Services are subject to change, enhancement, or modification at LearnGood's sole discretion without prior notice to you.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.
• Subscription Tiers: We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Free, Pro, Ultra). Specific features, compute limits, and storage allocations vary by tier. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the tier you select.
• Billing and Cancellation: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

4. Compute Credits and Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a fixed monthly allocation of Compute Credits, which are consumed when generating knowledge graphs, quizzes, AI tutor interactions, and other AI-powered features.

• Free Tier: 100 compute credits per month. Corpus uploads limited to 5 files, up to 10MB each.
• Pro Tier ($14.99/mo): 1,000 compute credits per month. Corpus uploads limited to 50 files, up to 25MB each.
• Ultra Tier ($29.99/mo): 5,000 compute credits per month. Corpus uploads limited to 100 files, up to 50MB each.

Compute credits are non-transferable and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over. Ultra tier subscribers may purchase additional credit packs at their discretion.

5. Refund Policy

• 48-Hour Window: If you subscribe to a paid tier for the first time, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the initial charge, provided you have consumed fewer than 50 compute credits during that period.
• No Partial Refunds: After the 48-hour window has elapsed, or upon any subsequent billing cycle renewal, there are no refunds for partially used billing periods.
• Downgrade vs. Cancellation: You may downgrade your tier at any time. Access to the higher tier's features and credit allocation will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the documents, text, and materials ("User Content") you upload to LearnGood. By uploading, you grant LearnGood a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Platform IP: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (excluding User Content), including all software, design, text, AI models, algorithms, and generated outputs (unless otherwise specified), are and will remain the exclusive property of LearnGood and its licensors.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying AI models of the Platform.
• Use the Services for automated data scraping, extraction, or generation of large volumes of text not intended for personal learning.
• Abuse or artificially inflate the compute credits allocated to your subscription tier, including but not limited to automated or scripted request flooding.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials or compute credit allocation to third parties.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LearnGood utilizes generative artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini via Vertex AI) to produce learning materials, quizzes, knowledge graphs, and tutor responses. Due to the probabilistic nature of large language models:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. It should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for academic, professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
• LearnGood does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
• Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify all critical information produced by the Platform against authoritative primary sources.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all materials included therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LearnGood, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
